Survey objective: Our primary goal was to gather comprehensive insights into current trends, challenges, and future directions within HR and L&D. By targeting professionals and managers across diverse regions, we aimed to understand the evolving landscape of workforce management practices.
Survey design: Our research comprised both quantitative online surveys and qualitative in-depth interviews. This mixed-methods approach ensured a robust analysis, combining statistical data with personal insights.
Participants: We engaged 1,773 HR and L&D Managers and Professionals from 21 countries, ensuring a diverse range of perspectives and practices.
Data collection: Through online surveys and deep interviews, we collected a wealth of data, respecting participant confidentiality and privacy throughout.
